Shapely: Jordan
'Top heavy' Jordan in Vogue for looking demure

Jordan may be used to gracing the pages of lads' magazines, but this month, she stars in a somewhat less likely publication: American Vogue.

The glamour model appears in the classy style journal as part of its "shape issue", which examines women of varying shapes and sizes and what they should wear.

She is branded "top heavy".

Having been "restyled" by the magazine, she is pictured in a shot by celebrity photographer David Bailey looking uncharacteristically demure in a Lanvin dress.

The accompanying article describes Jordan's rise to fame for the American audience unfamiliar with her work, calling her a "living brand" with plenty of talent.

It also explains the word "chav" for US readers, saying, "Chavs is the latest moniker for Britain's underprivileged white youthquake ... stereotypical adjectives are: binge-drinking, bling-loving, boob-displaying, Burberry-wearing."

In the interview, Jordan speaks about the lingerie range she is designing and how she writes her books — using a tape recorder. "I talk," she told the magazine. "I'm not going to say I sit there with a pen and paper — I don't think anyone does that, do they?"

Hatch match: Teri Hatcher and Ryan Seacrest
Love's in the air for two Desparate Housewives

Desperate Housewife Teri Hatcher has a new man in her life — American Idol hunk Ryan Seacrest.

Teri (41) has shared intimate dinners with the telly host, who is 10 years her junior.

Pals hope he will help mend her broken heart after a mystery relationship ended abruptly recently.

One friend said, "Teri really enjoys his company."

While, not so far away, Nicolette Sheridan has agreed to marry Michael Bolton.

The actress, who plays Edie Britt in Desperate Housewives, is engaged just months after splitting from fianc Niklas Soderblom.

According to the Mirror a source said, "Nicolette was going through a difficult time after splitting with Nik and the last thing she expected was to get engaged again so soon. But then she and Michael realised how much they have in common.

"They're absolutely crazy about each other, and when Michael got down on one knee Nicolette did not think twice. The couple have only told close friends and family so far and want to tie the knot as soon as possible."

Sheridan showed-off a huge diamond ring on her left hand at a post-Ocar party earlier this month, sparking rumours the couple were tying the knot.

A representative for the actress has confirmed that the couple are engaged. However, no wedding date has been announced.

Sheridan was previously married to LA Law actor Harry Hamlin.
