Mr & Mrs Iyer

I was reading thru these topics about most romantic films and was reminded of this movie called - Mr & Mrs Iyer. I dont think many people have seen this movie but let me tell you that it is one of the most beautifully made love stories. Its the love story of a brahmin married hindu tamilian housewife (and a mother of a one year old) and a unmarried muslim photographer. its not the usual kind of lovestories . its a subtle love story where none of the lead actors proclaim their love for each other, think of eloping / marrying . its just love......pure love without execting anything from the other person . i must tell you that the love story is so beautiful ....u can actually feel their love at the end of the movie.

konkana sen sharma will never leave her husband, son or anyone in her family for rahul bose but she realises that this man (rahul bose) will always remain in her heart in some corner for the rest of her life. some moments in the movie are so nice....u have to watch it to belive it. at times , its better than any DDLJ or maine pyar kiya. u bet.............

You are absolutely right. That was a very beautiful movie. I loved every bit of bit. A pure romantic movie in true sense without any romantic dialogues...

That was one Masterpiece!!
