Anupam Kher's next on Kashmiri Pandits

Anupam Kher made waves with his substance film Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara. His film Bariwali fetched his better half Kirron Kher a national award.

He is now set to produce his next film Hindu- An Outsider. He plays the lead in the film. The shooting commences in August. The script is in its final stages.

It is being written by Ashok Pandit, Priyanka Ghatak and Raman Kumar. The subject of the film revolves around Kashmiri Pandits who get uprooted from their own land. Kher along with Pandit feels strongly about the subject.

Ashok Pandit has great expectations with this film as his previous flick Sheen did not do quite well at the box office. This film will be directed by him. So let's hope for the best.
