Any actress who is seen in a commercial movie dancing around the tress is overrated and any actress who is seen in an art film without any makeups is underrated.🥱If this is what is the definition of overrated then yes Kareena is overrated.

Kareena gave a series of flops for many years after she entered the industry but she had always a huge amount of fans(including me😳)from her very first movie which some actresses even after earning many "Best Actress" awards do not have.

Kareena may not be the greatest actress.But she is definitely a decent one.She has done justice to her roles.She is a versatile actress.From Refugee to K3G,Mujhse Dosti Karoge to Chameli,Omkara to JWM,3Idiots to G3 she has given decent performances.And acting is not the only requirement for an actress.I think the last requirement for being a Bollywood actress is acting.
Kareena has the glamour,the looks,the figure.She has a power to draw you to the characters she plays.She is the perfect example of a diva.She has a very charming look.
I watch films for entertainment.And she is very entertaining.I love to see her dance moves,her expressions,her looks,read her interviews.Her attitude and personality are interesting.

Ofcourse she has got some advantages for being a Kapoor.But you need some quality to be in this industry for 11 years.

If you only see the acting capability of a Bollywood heroine yes she is a bit overhyped.But she is perfect for a superstar.👏

U know I don't understand why some fans and topic starers get scared or mad (fans here) when a topic like is she a good actress or overrated gets posted. I enjoy talking about my favorite actors. Please someone start is SRK overrated or is he a good actor. I think better question is..Is srk a good actor. Erotic are u listening.

To me I don't think she is overrated. The media and we on this forum make her overrated. By having a topic asking if she is overrated and if she is a good actress...one word she says in her interviews reaches like 50 pages...PPL are interested in what she does, says, and her films...so I don't think she is overrated. If she is than every star is overrated.

One reason why I don't think she is not overrated is because she is a star...it's not like she is a star for no reason...she can act and she can entertain and she sells... what more can u want. Directors are writing scrips with her in their mind so she can be in their films.
The young star imran asked his director to take kareena in the movie when he can have any other actress.

well sharukh khan is the producer of the film, so im pretty sure it would have been his decion on who would be in the trailer...As obvious from this forum there are hard core fans out there, and i beleive bollywood is business, ra.one will sell if kareena is in it cause she is very popular...

Exactly! that is what i think the media and forum make her overrated...I do think she does decent acting at times, but sometimes i just fail to see her from some fans prespectives in this forum, i just don't why her fans get so overly protectiveof her

And for other people out there ive got kareena avatar because i am looking forward to freaken raone, with sharukh khan...But to be honest even though im sharukh khan fan i don't have great expectations for this movie..It may be another robot🤢 a non-kareena fan ( ha! didn't know such term existed lolllzz) why is it that people have to be extremes, i don't hate her and i don't love her...does that mean i can't put up her avatars...sorry next time i'll apply to the kareena organisation to proove that i am hard core fan before even daring to think of putting up her avatar, how on earth could i have been so brave to do such a thing!!!!!

i really just wanted to share my opinions but was concerned that people would be personally attacked like in other discussions, many people leave this section because of biased and mockery comments which is quite sad, 😊

if we keep analysing...then everyone successful in bolly is overrated...kareena, priyanka, katrina, salman, srk,aamir, akshay...

but lets just accept they are the few decent ones left and respect their success rather than point fingers at it as to if they deserve it or not...a million people in mumbai want to become a hero/heroine...a meager few have the chance of starring in a film...and fewer have a successful debut and even fewer sustain that success post their first film...

clearly, long term success dosent come to any lallu panju's...it comes to people who deserve it...

so IMO, no one who is successful is overrated. Sure, there are likes and dislikes...but i dunt think anyone is overrated, or get more than what they deserve.

lolllzzz, really!!!! but what about it did u like????Do you know ur the first person i've heard that has liked robot...I just found it a little cheesy to be honest, it didn't grip me.. and i basically predicted what would happen even though i was 5 min into it...

so true, all successful ones are overrated, from kareena to sharukh...the bollywood industry has changed a lot, but who cares rite! All i want is a decent movie that i won't get bored of even if i watch it 100000 times..
