I also wonder the same thing. But fans who know a lot about kareena... say she hasn't done it. Who knows. I feel like when she debuted she was chubby that's why her face was more round.

I was watching yaadein last night and was noticing that too. But i think her cheeks were chubby before so it seemed round before but not anymore as she is skinny now. 😳

Kareena's always had a strong jawline, but before she had a rounder chubbier face,so it was not that noticeable.
