There are no promos. it's a 40 sec teaser! And anyway, this movie is out and out SRK starrer...so why even expect anything more? Plus Kareena's used to being a mere love lady to bigger stars in her movies anyway...so no biggie.

But it's not like people are going to give Kareena credit for Ra.One..it's an out and out SRK starrer. If it flops, he'll get the backlash and if it becomes a hit, he'll get the credit.

I dont think she is sidelined..there is much more to cum abt the movie n its still 6-7 moths to go for the release !!! 😆

Kareena def didn't have anything to do with 3 idiots success, but she def benefited from it! She was on magazine covers with Amir khan..and they were called the power couple because of 3 idiot success. She was called #1 actress ect. And if Ra.One becomes a hit, she will def get something out of it! That's the reason she signed it! 😉 Hits do matter in the industry, we can't deny that! If Ra.One becomes the #1 highest grosser of this year, she will be called #1 actress. So she def benefits than!

I see what you mean..she will definitely benefit and luckily for her if the film is a colossal flop, she won't suffer much because it's an out and out SRK starrer.

Anyways..I would much rather my fav does something meaningful and fail than hardly do anything..

But I think she still will suffer if Ra.One flops but def not as much as SRK will. Media people will say she can't give a hit with SRk...because Asoka also didn't work. So she probably wouldn't get to work with SRK again. No one will want to cast them, if they don't give a hit together.

And with your second point. Are u talking about kareena? See I don't think her not having a role in Ra.one is a big deal. She has other films to show her acting skills like I said before: STS, AV, and Reema K's Next! 😊

Well too you it's a good thing, to me and kareena it's a bad thing. Am a fan of the couple and for kareena its bad news.. well b/c she loves to work with SRK..I mean who doesn't love to work with SRk! 😳

I think SRK is unlucky in terms of who looks good with him on screen. Most of the actress he looks good with are the 90s actress like kajol rani and PZ. Other than kajol, he stopped working with rani a long time ago. And PZ is no longer in the movies. Maduri..don't think they will sign her opposite him as a heroine. So he is stuck with the rest of his not so popular jodies. So not casting him opposite bebo is not really benefiting him since there are no other popular jodies other than kajol and Rani that he can work with. And am bored of seeing him with kajol. MNIK didn't do anything for me! He can't always be doing movies with Kajol na.

I don't think Asoka was that bad of a film. I enjoyed it mainly because of bebo and srk interactions! 😳

You're right about the fact that SRK suits his 90's heroines/Rani/Preity/Ash best and the others like Kareena/Priyanka/Anushka/Deepika/Sonam etc don't suit him. I honestly feel like Vidya and him will look smashing together.

He does movies with Kajol after very long breaks. She's the only 90's actress who's commercially still kinda popular and their jodi is even more popular. I don't want him to only work with her, but I at least need to be able to enjoy the lead couple together..and SRK-Bebo don't do that for me.

There is also a problem in today's scripts. If we could get over the fact that the characters have to young, cool, and hip for a movie to work, it would open up so many more possibilities.
