Kareena 'refuses to eat eggs on camera'

Kareena Kapoor apparently refused to eat eggs during the filming of a scene in Short Term Shaadi.

The Hindi film star announced that eating eggs would go against her strict vegetarian principles, Mid Day reports.

"Kareena plays a hairstylist in the film and was to shoot a breakfast scene set in a US cafe with Imran Khan," a source revealed.

It is said that the star "pleaded, argued and eventually threw a tantrum" with the project's director Shakun Batra.

The filmmaker is thought to have then agreed to Kapoor eating eggless pancakes in the scene.

The Jab We Met actor apparently adopted a vegetarian diet when dating actor Shahid Kapoor.

😆 I use to believe this tantrum thinks about bebo, but after being on forums and seeing videos of her on the set, I highly doubt she will throw a tantrum because they told her to eat eggs. She would probably in her adorable way say, I don't eat eggs na!

It's a different story though if they forced her to eat it...which i highly doubt the director will.
