Deepika & Ranbir would like to keep their personal matters personal. Who are we to make assumptions about their personal lives? We don't know the two people in real life, so we can't point fingers at either one's character or personality! The internet can say a gazillion negative things about Deepika or Ranbir, but if we don't know these two in person we are nobody to make assumptions!

I had contacted personally Deepika & Ranbir for this matter. Here is what they had to say:

Deepika - Just because I'm an actress does that mean that I can't ever say whats on my mind? Its hard for a girl to break up with her boyfriend. And the after shock is worse. Ranbir & I have moved on and would love to see our fans and the media move on from our relationship as well. We have no regrets. Thank you!

Ranbir - I still respect Deepika. She's been a good friend. But our personal matters should remain between the two of us only. None of our characters should be judged based on what the media says. The media doesn't know us. They make assumptions and then news spreads all over the net and tv. Things didn't work out and that's why we aren't together today. But we don't wish anything negative for each other. So please calm down.

Please refrain getting into stars personal lives. Its really none of our business. And we are no one to judge them especially if we don't know them in person. Yeah if we were close friends of either of them then we could say all we want. But by simply being fans and making ridiculous assumptions neither are we going to get anywhere and neither are the two stars. They have their own lives & will deal with it the way they want to.

Malini'.i belong to those lowly crew creatures that abound bollywood sets'. and would like to keep my name a secret. i know for a fact that Deepika was insecure and hysterical. Ranbir was upset coz of her OCDs and claustrophobic behaviour. She used to call up continuously and show up at odd hours at his house, clubs, sets, outdoor shoots'his life had become miserable! she asked for it! the ruckus she created at bhopal on RK's outdoor shoot is bollywood's best kept secrets! she tends to dominate her man and i have been a witness to that! and yeah she was horribly dumped'and no'RK's not seeing Kats either!

This whole scandal is just to mess with our heads....hell, it even messed with my left over brain cells and I thought I really didn't care who slept with who or who backstabbed first. Issh.
