Bipasha Basu gets physically abused
Actress Bipasha Basu will be seen yet again in a realistic film after Lamhaa and not to mention in de-glam avatar.
But this beauty doesn't believe in the word de-glam, "What is a de-glam role? There is nothing as such. An actor is suppose to do all kind of roles so I don't believe in glam or de-glam roles. Because today as the cinema is changing actresses are doing more item songs in a film," says Bipasha who carried a film like Corporate all on her own.
Bipasha who is sharing screen once again with actor Ajay Devgn says, "Ajay is one of the finest actors I have ever worked with. He is also a fun loving person. And it's always great to work with him. We have done different kind of films, the last one was All the Best which was a comedy film but this is an issue based film."
This highly talented actress, Bips has done comedy, item number, and romantic film but there is something which she wants to do, "Yes, there is something that I want to do and I have not yet offered something like that and that is an action film. In India we hardly see actresses doing stunts. So I wish some director come up with such an idea," says Bips. Why action? "In a general women should know about self defence and it's a fact that woman are abused to a great extent. I feel a woman should be independent. I know a woman's fitness level can never match up to guys but at least they should be 70% of him," says Bips.

This strong feeling comes from her role in Aakrosh. "I play the character called Geeta who is married to Paresh Rawal who get beaten up every day. I go through a lot of abuse. But Geeta loves Ajay Devgn in the film and is not allowed to marry him because he is from a lower caste. I play the character of a sad person who faces a lot of abuses in life," explains the Bong beauty.
