Just like Paa or 3idiots are not nominated from this december same like last year were not(RNBDJ and ghajini) so this time in 2010 they have nominated them.

lol its not a "rule".the award ceremony takes place in december evry yr,dats why..dunno why they post poned it this yr..it was supposed to be on 20 dec...
