It is actually tough to commit to someone after a failure from a previous relationship! There will always be so many questions spinning around a person's mind unsure if things will work out this time and if it does not, the second question would be, will I be able to handle another break-up.

I guess that was the situation between Vidya and Shahid. The past is the past and the good thing is, everyone has moved on.

The image of a heart-broken person that Shahid's PR, the media & his fans carefully built for him for almost 2 and a half years, after his break-up with Kareena has all been washed away by 2 interviews in the past 2 days.

To me it is pretty clear that Vidya was referring to Shahid & if it is true that she was being criticised for her weight a big thubs down to the guy in question.
I really like Vidya Balan & think she can be a toip notch actress if she chooses her roles well & hope that she does not let this affect her negatively.

vidya also have been rumored to have affair with john. it could be him too. not necessarily shahid. shahid met vidya at a time when he was recuperating from the kareena fiasco, so i dont think he would have been ready for another girl at that time.

And how do u know this? Where u with Shahid when all this was happening, i assume the answer is no. I will rather go with 2 people who have given interviews giving strong hints that he was involved with 2 people.

You know I like you so I will take into consideration that there was definitely a friendship, but I think a one sided friendship. Meaning she had a crush on him and was hoping to please him enough to get him.

She probably was trying hard to suit his particular style of girl he likes. Being a little more hip and sexy, but she probably realized it wasnt working.

Let's say the guy who was critical was Shahid for a moment. Maybe he was finding faults in her and did not like her the way she liked him. Why blame him for that now like if he was some user or something. She needs to remember Shahid just came out of a breakup. He probably could not give his heart to any girl at that time no matter who she was.

Also, it's kind of unattractive to find someone trying so hard to please you. But, this is her internal problem. Not his. IF you don't have enough confidence in yourself to be proud of the way you are and blank the guy who can't see it. If she showed a little more confidence in herself maybe he would of been more attracted to her.

Nothing is more unattractive in a person than one that doesn't know their own mind and changes themselves to please others. THere is no integrity in that. So, again blaming the so called relationship (friendship) for your own insecurities is silly.

Shahid is an attractive, intelligent and successful guy. Is it wrong for him to hang out with girls as friends to see if there is any potential. Maybe he did with Vidya. Girls also have a tendency to ask questions like "am i fat" And guys sometimes can be honest and say "yes, you are" Thinking that's what they want to hear. Not always the case.

I definitely think this was all one sided love from her part. He may have gone out to lunch or dinner with her hung out with her at his work schedule, but that does not mean he was seriously dating her.
