Guys I'm gonna be using this avie, umm, for a lil while atleast.

Um LOL, well I have my sig/avi option turned off anyways as everyone either has a Priyanka, Shahid, Deepika, Rani sig. I am not even sure what sigs/avis I have.

But I hear Vijay is a step closer to instill democratic ideals on IF, so technically you shouldn't be having any issues with the avi, even if it's explicit. If one has the right to have their favorites sigged, then why not you.
