The verdict on Kaminey has been mixed. Shahid Kapoor has won good reviews for his acting, and with a double role in the film, he's getting the lion's share of the limelight. Others involved with the film aren't as pleased with their small amount of publicity.
Priyanka Chopra, for example, is not too happy with the end result of Kaminey. Although her performance is being lauded, a lot more was expected from the actress who is touted as the industry's next No. 1.
Priyanka does not hold director Vishal Bharadwaj responsible for her reduced role in the film, but she has been heard mentioning to close friends how she needs to be more careful about the movies she chooses.
Now it looks like the fallout with Vishal is for real. Priyanka was to do a few songs for Bhardwaj's Ishqiya, and though she had no qualms about the project initially, she has reportedly dropped out now.
