adsy .. good acting , good production or good directors se kuch nahi hoga!! women will never b on top lists more than 1 or 2 .. the reason is simple!!

even today , ppl go to watch movies for the male lead , nt for female lead..

male actors paid 7-8 times more than female actors! girls 2 crore , and guys 16 -20 crore minimum!!

it is sad !!

As I said in another discussion on the same topic, Ash should be in the list. She is over 35 years old, married, but still every top director wants to work with her and every top brand wants to be associated with her. In India its pretty tough for a married woman to stay as an actress, let alone be as popular as Ash.
