Exactly, Kareena has respect and I'm glad she didn't respone that question very rude and mean. Instead she asked what if the reporter was in her position and was asked this same question

That is the point that all of us are making. No one asks men such questions. Despite the fact that several of the industry men have affairs even after they are married. If they want a suitable reply why not ask the Big B about his affair with Rekha. Believe me Mr. Bachan or his fans or croonies will NOT take that "sportingly" AND that will sell a LOT more magazines and get a lot of TRPs for the channel.

THANK YOU!!! I wanted to say this but I thought everyone on here was going to start attacking me....I'm not scared....but I thought why rile everyone up.😆

Kareena is a celebrity and a female one at that in a country where women don't have much freedom. This does not mean women should get used to being insulted in India, I'm just saying this because she is a female celebrity in India. So she needs to learn how to get a thick skin and not go psycho when people say these things about her. Being a celebrity comes with a heavy price....the sooner you learn that, the better you get at dealing with it.

Sure I'd be mad when people said these things about me, but then I'm not a public figure and people don't pay money to watch my movies. As a woman, she has every right to slap that man, but she is a celebrity and you have to learn how to take the good with the bad!

And desigal, you really think you're Kareena's soulmate , don't ya?😉

flaviya, yes kareena is a celebrity but that doesn't mean she isn't a human. She wanted to become an actress, she didn't want the media to bash her. All actors want positive stuff about their movies and everything.

Whether it's bollywood or hollywood, only women gets attack with personal questions.

I know that and I agree. But tell me something....if I worked as a stripper in a bar, should I be expecting men to hit on me or not? Or for that matter if I was a nun in a convent, would it not be foolish for to expect to ever get laid?!

My point is she chose to be an actor. A public figure, thats constantly in media glare. She uses media to promote her films, in fact they all do and the media uses her to sell their stuff. Its a symbiotic relationship. So, if you can take the good, don't freak out when the sh!t hits the fan. Thats the only point I'm trying to make.

I really find it stupid when these actors complain about media......if you hate them so much, go be a hermit or something.

thank you!!!!!! at least there is someone that understands me around here. if kareena is still cared if this was slander on her public figure than she can totally sue the jouranlist... but having that said... no slander here.

Flaviya, I'm just a fan. Dont make it out like I'm the only one who posts articles and other issues on india forums of their favorite stars. Difference is, I dont have many other favorites. If I felt that this bit of news was sickening, and that it was interesting to share it iwth others, I did. And considering the fact that the last itme i checked this topic had reached 6 pgs, I would think that, yes, ppl did find it interesting and tended to agree with me. Thank you, I hope you got your answer.

And as for your other argument, Kareena did take it well. She's gotten used to the negativity I can see, and she responded in a calm and collected manner which even I didnt expect from her.

This topic isnt just about Kareena, its about the downfall of the media and how these ppl can call themselves reporters by asking stars questiosn that directly insult their character. I ask you, if you were endorsing a product and standing up there, and you were asked this question, how would you feel? Your answer will vary depending on if you're a guy or girl, but as a woman, I personally find htat question very degrading and sickening.
