Ash in my Anthro Lecture

Okay so today in my anthropology lecture, my professor showed us random pictures of people from all over the role. The 5th picture she showed was of Aishwarya Rai. She was lecturing on human origins and race, and asked the class to figure out what race the people were from looking at their picture. When Ash come up( I knew she was Indian), but other Americans weren't sure and some guessed French, Italians, Greek, and so on. Then all of a sudden, this one shouted out, "That's Aishwarya, she's known as the world's most beautiful women" and everyone started chatting about her for like 5 minutes! I just wanted to share this because it was shocking to me and some Americans actually recognized her even though she's not a huge Hollywood star. I wonder if anyone else's professor bring up actors in their lectures?

She was showed by my professor as well in a International Relations lecture on globalistion part. And yeah whites do recognise her.

That's soo cool! I take Physical Anthropology.. and my professor made us guess what race someone was of too, but they weren't a celebrity or anything.

well i don't have any interesting stories or anything but the day after 60 mins was aired, i walked in on some people at my school talking about her. They were all in awe and were like "if only we had more intelligent exotic beautiful ladies in Hollywood instead of dumb blondes".. i was like hey I have been her fan since i was 10..

Well in my skol library there is a pictures of ash holdin a book... and its a HUGEEE FRAME :P
