Sameer Soni - I have said earlier in my posts that he would be an interesting person to watch out for. He has an impeccable educational background, has worked in the Wall Street, had the guts to chuck it all and follow his passion for acting.

Despite the fact that his film career never really took off and that he has had a tumultuous personal history, he still manages to play on that "emotionally vulnerable strong principled man" card with the female audience. (Hey, before anyone jumps on me, I'm one of that horde too, but because I like a guy doesn't mean, I've bid goodbye to common sense)

His game plan seems to be very amorphous to me and it has been interesting observing him on the game. He started off in the game with acting the strong "take command, be in charge person" - remember Bunty Chor. Failed to win the support of other housemates and had to rethink his strategy when he was rejected form the captain's post 3 times running. He shifted to being witty and sarcastic and the subtle jokes he cracked, went over the heads of most people.

These two to my mind were his biggest failures. He showed his leadership potential too early in the game to frighten the strong contenders. Ever since that time, he marked himself as a threat that had to be eliminated. His witty jokes alienated a few others who could not really understand his sense of humor.

We all saw Sam literally exiling himself to the toilets ("Moaning Myrtle" - to Harry Potter fans, a character who kept to the toilets and kept on crying because she was rejected by the rest of her school friends to the uninitiated) He might have simply passed unobtrusively out of the house, except for the fight with Dolly. That was a master-stroke in my opinion. He at once established himself as a supposedly "ethical person, with moral fibre". What we missed in that 2 hr episode.

He started the fight with the statement "Bhaad mein gaya captain, chaliye main aapke saamne khada hoon" It was not a fight about Shweta or Dolly abusing Shweta, it was a one-on-one because he wanted to put a stop to the constant bickering that was happening. He took the decision to go on the strike after more than 24 hrs. He had had enough time to cool down, enough time to go over what happened and enough time to make peace. He chose not to. It was an innate stubbornness at that time. He also knew that this stand would gain him a lot of sympathy and fan-following which it did.

His return was the most perplexing, he apparently forgave the people who went against him, and was cordial to most, but slowly they all started losing credibility amongst their own friends and seemingly tight relations fell apart. He knew what MT was saying about Shweta, he knew it was Seema,he just didn't care to enlighten MT and Shweta. He knew what Sara was going through, and he knew what to say to Ashmit at night, but not publicly.

His game as of now is very subtle, a carefully dropped sentence here, a barb there, a seemingly harmless joke somewhere else. Like today wh en Shweta said "Is ghar mein 4 insane log hain aur hum2 sane log hain" he replied everyone here is thinking "Kahan main sane insaan in 5 insane logon ke beech mein aa gaya" very clever insult.

But this game requires being able to play two different set of people. the housemates and the audience. And while Sameer has played the right cards with the audience, he has failed signally to play the other housemates.

Coming up my analysis of Shweta.

Btw, I love both Shweta and Sameer, but that's because I like the game for its complexity and how it plays on human psyche rather than the drama, which is only a by-product. This is like the rabbit warren where the rabbits know that every day the farmer is going to take one rabbit away to be killed, and yet they live in that field because it is nice and comfortable. They can't escape and they don't want to be the one picked in the morning. Bigg Boss to me is just like that.

Secondly, complains a LOT.. Abt Khali's work.. Abt not being elected as Captain.. Abt getting nominated.. And the list follows.. 👏

Lastly, for Shweta, everyone keeps saying only one thing.. That famous like which MT said.. Is there any originality in those😳😆..

These are the only objectional part where u tried to show Sam as a saner one.

Shweta - Ok everyone knows her history, and in the interests of brevity, I'll not go either into her background or history on the show and will try to keep down on examples and illustrations (You owe me a big one for this KB, take off your hat, give me one of those elaborate theatrical bows)

Her game plan has been the best on the show so far. She was in-charge of the kitchen and almost every one was happy. The moment Dolly appeared loudly proclaiming that she was taking over the kitchen, Shweta withdrew to the garden and has stayed there ever since. Both the Kitchen and the garden are the nerve centers of the house.

The kitchen being the public forum where all action takes place and the garden the private retreat where people come to gather their thoughts. And that was Shweta's master stroke.

She sits with people, lets them air out their frustrations and simply listens. Very rarely does she venture to express her opinions. She has not been in any controversy except with MT and then too quite difficult to pin her down to "ST said this at such and such a time, and again this at another".

She has taken time to understand each of the house-members and usually keeps to herself. Not that she is not a good observer, but she is a non-confrontational person. She keeps away from controversies and drama as far as possible. Even with Dolly, it was Dolly who had come in with an agenda and ST only reacted when provoked. What she said after the provocation has been discussed to death and I'll not even go into it all here.

She is an intelligent woman and quite capable of putting 2 and 2 together and coming to 5. She is the one who can understand that when someone says something, it could be in x, y or z context and gives it a reference point or background.

Her style of captaincy also has been quite chilled out. Unlike the rest she doesn't say "main captain hoon, to meri baat suno" her style is more like "main keh sakti hoon, magar is samay woh samjhenge nahin". And that shows her command over her emotions and the deep understanding of the people around her.

Despite the fact that most people claim that she is a manipulator and other accusations, fact remains that she is the least nominated candidate so far. She has not really pushed her fan-base to come to her rescue, every week, unlike Sam. (I'm sure Neelam would be giving twitter a rest this week)

Her game plan to my eyes has been the most balanced on so far. Keep to yourself, stay out of controversies, don't make a lot of bosom buddies, don't carry any grudges. She is thinking of life after Bigg Boss too, and this is just the strategy one needs to not only survive in this game but also in the industry. And their industry is a very small place, one has to eventually work with everyone. (Ever wonder why she has never said anything negative about Raja, despite the fact that he has ill-treated her so much and has even go so far as to have acted in films with him)

But most importantly, no I don't think it is Bigg Boss's partiality that gives her the chori wale task, but because she is the one person in the house who can keep a secret.

In my opinion Shweta deserves to win, because of the way she is playing both the housemates and the viewers simultaneously and with dignity. What she is projecting to the housemates is a person who is not going to be a threat and who'll forgive them their trespasses. To the viewers this comes out as the act of a mature,well-balanced, dignified woman. Someone most women aspire to be - someone who can keep control of her temper and mental equilibrium in most circumstances. Someone men would like because she appears so helpless and frail and in need of protection, and good-looking to boot.

and if u rembr, durin dolly-shweta fight... samir clearly mentioned dt... dolly was abusin shweta and also startd abusin shweta's parents wich he cudnt tolerate!

Sam sounds very genuine and always stands up for what he feels is right. He never changed his stand in dolly-fight as well as big-boss dolly partiality issue. He is not dominating like shweta and he ofcourse works in the house( not lazy or kaamchor) 😆. He did not get enough camera footage so far but he is not Dramebaaz like others to cry for camera footage. Sameer is straight forward as well and he has always stood for his friend (shweta). 👍🏼

Sameer definitely has some zameer (unlike his friend) 😳 😆

Shweta is playing smart ofcourse but as a person she sounds okay. But she is great dancer for sure :)

So who is better and deserves to be a winner? 😛

PS: This time female contenstant may win so shweta could be winner. Not to mention, bigg boss has always favored shweta with Chori tasks at the right time. After completing chori task last week, they were rewarded with food already. So what was the need for another reward by nominating her for captaincy?? 😳

EDIT : Also a week before she was paired with Assmit in blindfold task, so she was automatically saved from nomination. Sameer and Seema had to suffer for no reason 😕 Bigg has been more partial towards shweta than dolly. 😆

sameer is elder to shweta..

sameer married once, divorced, had many girl friends in the past and present one neelam.. studied and worked abroad..so much vast experience behind him to behave in a matured manner in comparison with shweta.. what we are seeing is a restrained behaviour of sameer not a real one.. he is keeping himself away from those people and we cannot get to see his true nature..his real behaviour we have seen when MT was around, the way he gets angry, the way he gets upsets, a type of irritating character who do not mind to talk behind shweta's back in a group.. that is real sameer...

where as shweta is real out there..

BB using shweta for TRP so cannot blame shweta for BB actions..

i wanted shweta to win.. i don't know why!! as i am not her fan.. but whatever is been shown out there she is somewhat ok in comparison with whoever entered and evicted..
