i like the way he dominates his interviewers in a cool, witty and non offensive way.
....though at times he gets into that 'netaji speech' mode....but come on -it comes wrapped in his package of entertainment-so its ok and i'd cheerfully forgive him for it!

People saying stuff like'whats he good for?', 'whats he without his dad'............!.... arent most of us, what we are, somewhere because of our dads and moms....where wud we be had our parents not supported for long years of our lives....? ...abt living off his dad's money - i wonder people practically ignored him when he was actually living off his dad's money (till the time he was in news and media was after him)- now when he's making something of himself....in a right way-everyone is after his life..as if he is not entiteld to work on or restructure his own life-he has a charming screen presence, good he discovered what he wanted to do! ...Good luck dude!

come on people target those rich sons and daughters who are actually doing nothing , dont be oblivious to their presence, find out those names and pelt stones at them- and stop targeting a guy who is coming out of that eclipse to build a name of his own.

and did i hear people speakin abt his relationship with women- what i wanna know is- are those women complaining?..'.No??'-then why are we??

good points lawyer hima 😉 rahul and everyone has every right to try and make a living and if they're bringing a smile to people's faces, all the better! there are many things i liked and disliked (during BB) about rahul, but that doesn't mean i'll judge him based on that one show. i'm actually more active in this forum since the show ended only because i'm curious to know how each one fares in the future. i will definitely catch this show on saturday too and only to see what rahul does in it. not a big fan of sachin. after that if the kids and the whole show manages to hold interest, i will tune in for sure.

hehe....thanks TV addict ...and the word 'lawyer' never fails to bring a smile on my face....😊

me too looking forward to check out the program...its easy for comedy to go bad and annoying...and needs skill to make a comedy thing work....but hope this program is good enough to sustain interest and make us laugh....

kids doing comedy is definitely a novel idea. so far only the laughter challenge and Ehsu types have been hogging the comedian route. with sony's comedy circus a whole lot of tv stars joined the comedy trail and many were successful. let's see how special the kids and the judges make this one😊

I agree. This is a novel idea. But my concern is whether they will let the kids remain kids... The few times I saw kids doing standup acts, I felt those acts weren't ideally meant for kids... doing a rakhi sawant mimicry, or a teacher-student act whose topic of discussion is yet again rakhi sawant ! 😕 I hope this show doesn't do that.

It was not one from one particular show. The first one was a child performer in boogie-woogie. JJ pointed out that thought the kid was good at it, the subject was not apt for her age. I can't recall where I saw the second one.
I did notice quite a few times that children are made to perform on dance numbers with adult movements, or made to speak like grown-ups. For instance, this show of little kids on zee, chhota packet... in the coupla episodes I watched, the judges had something to point out about the little girl's dance moves.. Infact, Rakhi Sawant got on to the stage and performed a few steps on the same number demonstrating that the moves can still be kept decent, and more apt for children. And that little kiddo tanmay was saying something about calling some female in the middle of the night coz there's no other time like midnight for such calls..! I find it disgusting to see children being made to do these kind of acts. 😕

jeez. i agree. in fact i'd read sometime ago that tv channels were planning to ban all kid-related shows. this was after the shinjini incident. i was surprised to see this chote miyan ad. i also don't enjoy watching kids do adult things or stuff just for the sake of being in a competition. i guess their families push them into it 'coz of the big money involved. when do they get the time to study and play??
