Can you vote multiple times using same ID?

I clicked and submitted, and then it allows me to do it again...

install voot or go to voot.com . vote using google and fb id .one vote per one id .u can use multiple ids.

no don't do that... Just vote once from one id per day or else other votes will be counted so use different ids
