I believe votes are taken into consideration, just that people fail to analyse the impact of group which is nominated. I had told Mithiji, that Luv will fare better than Hiten and will be safe against him at time of their nomination. Last week nomination also, I had told that Arshi will be in danger as their whole group is nominated and will lead to division of votes. This time Luv is in danger because Vikas and Priyank fans have voted in bulk against Luv, while many Shilpa and Hina fans have stayed away. When people don't agree with the results, it's easy to say that votes are not accounted. There are minute details which people ignore at their own convenience. Trust me if Luv survives this nomination, he will be a threat in top 3 for sure, there are many interleaved dynamics operating, some of which appear only after the results are out.

EDIT: I do believe that channel people can influence the results by paid voters to skew it as per their liking.

I m sure the mastermind knows it, after all he is fixed winner and favoured, all contestants know about the voting deadlines and even about episode telecasting
