Hearing that Shilpa was feeling embarrassed. She thought that it might hurt someone in the house and they would take it in a wrong way. Remember, just before her Mom's entry Arshi Khan was burst out at Shilpa. She accused her and putting false allegations on her by dragging her father's name. "Chappal se maarungi, Waahiyaat aurat..".

Shilpa was already in that shock when her Mom entered. And that justifies her uncomfort and embarrassment when her Mom raised the issue of abusive language. She didn't wanted to spoil the moment even whatever her Mom was saying was absolutely right.

Therefore when BiggBoss released her, Shilpa ran to her Mom and hugged her tight saying, 'Kiti boltes Aai, kiti boltes?' In Hindi, 'Kitna bolti ho Maa, kitna bolti ho?'

Right that time Arshi was abusing Shilpa again when Shilpa's Mom was there in the house. But as we saw, Shilpa ignored her and clarified her Mom's statement to everybody and said, 'gaaliyan' matlab 'gandi zubaan, nothing else.'

Actually that was not necessary as Mom was right but Shilpa wanted to 'live' that short moment with her Mom happily, just to keep the moment as a nice memory.

So, she took her Mom and went to show her BiggBoss's house. First, they both went to the bedroom area.

While entering there Shilpa asked her Mom, 'Kaisa dikhta hai TV pe?'

Her Mom said, 'mast dikhta hai.. 'mast distes.'

Then her Mom asked, 'Tujhi bed kuthli? Tu ikde jhoptes, ithe?'

In Hindi, 'Tumhara bed kaunsa hai? Tum is jagah soti ho, yahan?'

Hearing that Shilpa lost her control and started crying. Her Mom also got emotional and said her, 'Nako radus, nako radus' (Don't cry, don't cry), and hugged her daughter.

Then her Mom said, "Mala saglyaanni saangitla hota asa bol mhanun". In Hindi, 'Mujhe sab ne kaha tha aisa bol."

(She kept her voice little low as other housemates were sitting in the hall.)

Shilpa stopped her Mom there and said, 'Kitna bolne ka?'

Her Mom said, 'Nahi, aisa hi bolna chahiye tha'.

On that Shilpa replied, 'I know, they used to call me Mom.. and then.. its okay. Tere ko pata hai na mai strong hun.'

Okay! I understand Marathi very well and according to their conversation which I have mentioned above, what Shilpa's Mom said was must be about Shilpa's family, friends, her supporters or well wishers who insisted her to ask other housemates not to abuse Shilpa, which was obvious from their side.. When they are watching how some contestants are targeting, abusing and bullying her 24/7, they must be feeling bad and getting upset. But they are helpless and can't do much from outside hence they requested her Mom to speak out about it when you go there.

Shilpa's Mom said the same to everyone (including her daughter too) in a very humble and decent way.

Later they went to the luggage area where her Mom even criticised Shilpa, when she found her 'open closet' was quite messy.

So, why I'm telling all this here? Because some people started bashing and bad mouthing not only Shilpa and her Mom, they are accusing Colors channel too. They are deliberately assuming wrong things like Channel gave scripts to player's family members to deliver some dialogues in the house. And as usual they picked up only Shilpa and her Mom's conversation to damage her image.
