Haan bhai - employees' demands must always be met. Employer need not worry about their show/production house/channel, but rather about the employee's career. So what if the employee was not showing up for shoots, and the show was negatively affected? So what that the employee was unwilling to listen to reason. How dare they oust her? 😡

OT - it's simple really. Shilpa neh kaha = Vikas guilty. Shilpa is so likeable = Vikas guilty. The HMs all LOVE Shilpa = Vikas guilty.

Bottom line - Vikas is guilty and deserving of the shit Shilpa doles out. Yeh real world thodi na hain? Jahan in the absence of evidence, people would demand substantiating facts, a consistent and coherent account, some credibility. Yahaan - Bhabhiji entertaining hain na - TRP badhti hain? Bas, woh sahi hain. Ab toh Salman ne bhi keh diya.

TRP ke liye they literally insinuated that Vikas is guilty of what Shilpa says and deserving of her vendetta.

Bottom line - the format provides the Liberty for contestant to rile fellow co- contestant as long as it's not personal...it's all crystal clear...If Shilpa is giving TRP , the other folks are eating out her hand ...like they are eating food from her hands inside.

The fact is that Vikku is not able to digest the fact that people are not saying yes sir to him. He keep talking about insecurity or groupism when himself is biggest insecure in the house. He cant fight alone and expect others to support him no matter what. Thats why he was whining when Priyank refused his bossgiri during the task. He is one of those people who think its my way ir highway.

Exactly!! He does not watch the show. So needs to stop being a mouthpiece and provide explanation for Shilpa's words and actions!!

an interesting voot video has priyank and luv also complaining abt shilpa, while hina, cos of her dislike for vikas, is seen supporting shilpa. I think it is only a matter of time before shilpa offends others in the house as well.
