Simple logic.

Dat task Naveen got off first and only PJ stayed till the end so everyone who was part of the task failed then. Also if one loses a task one technically fails, so all those who have lost tasks have failed na? Toh yeh to koi baat nahin hui.And the thing was failed to complete a task or give up a task and I am looking for the task in which she did this.

See if we keep our dislike for Bani or other HMs aside and look at season 10 with open eyes we can conclude we have been a witness to below or above average performances.
There is no best performer this season in comparison to previous seasons. This we should all agree on.
BB had made extravagant sets for the tasks, but the conceptualization was utter garbage.
The only task I liked the nomination process (Phone call one-make others do tasks-save your ass).
Now using that as an example, a Bani supporter can conclude that she managed Gaurav to do his task, and she did it for him.
In this, if someone wanted they could point flaws such as "Oh Lopa wouldn't give her make up, how selfish" "Niti didn't give her make up", "Karan played Lokesh".
There will always be tasks where people have to quit at a certain point. It doesn't mean we have to repeatedly tag them as quitters, or say they keep losing tasks.
Another example:
During the Captaincy task where Gaurav and Manveer were chosen. They became contenders because they didn't empty each other's test tubes.
Looking objectively, if our basis for the assumption that is "Bani gives up tasks" then it means all the other HMs gave up the tasks too. We can say everybody else failed to convince the other person to not empty their test tubes.
If someone poses a counter-argument that 'No it only happened because it was not in their hands who empties their test tubes".
I suppose the same way it wasn't in Bani's hands that she lost the ski task because Navin was sanchalak. The same supposition that Manveer lost the task because he fell and Lopamudra was sanchalak. Or that Om destroyed every task.
As I said before "Bani is give-up queen" is a simple reinforcement. The only time she actually quit was when Priyanka and Gaurav were up against each other to become captain. It makes sense she wanted Gaurav to win.
It was also reinforced because Bani had a break down during the Taxi task and she told Manveer she does not want to play anymore. But she didn't quit, she gathered herself and managed to sway Gaurav successfully.
She had no other option. All the HMs had already planned to support Manveer. She had to do something by hook or crook.
We shouldn't look at tasks as before, during and after reactions. If Bani breaks down during a task, it doesn't mean she is a weak performer or quit the task because the HMs are saying so. If Lopa broke down after her captaincy task, it doesn't mean she won it unfairly just because others are saying so. If Manveer gets hurt during a task and becomes emotional later, it doesn't mean Gaurav played cunningly or aggressively.
Conclusion: Everyone in the house will have to give up the task at some point, there will be 1 or 2 individual wins based on luck and sanchalak. If Bani won 1 task then so did the majority of HMs.
No one in BB10 has been task queen or king. I don't know if it is BB's low-level tasks to blame or Om for sabotaging those.
Everyone will lose some tasks. Everyone will win few. But they've all been just average.
Let's not counter that with "Bani gave up maaalgadi task". That task no one could have technically "given up". It was captaincy vs money.
Bani may have many justifiable flaws. But she isn't a weak task performer.
I still think her best performance was as a sanchalika, ski task, cycle task and that car task in the beginning.
Again if I find Bani's performance good in the ski task, it doesn't automatically mean that Lopa's wasn't.
So why is that if Bani is bad at a task, then no one else is?

Well put once more. The biggest difference is dat Bani wants to enjoy the tasks and does not want to go to the next level of the task to win it anyhow. But she has the clarity and priority and she tackles tasks accordingly. Also if one were to really sit down and check, I am sure she has ended up doing the maximum tasks and has given maximum hours for the tasks. Another thing is dat tasks can be manipulated by bb to an extent. Like,in d igloo task if one was to notice, then Bani was most alert and getting into the igloo without getting into physical haata-paai. All else were embroiled in that. So it was smart of Bani to do so and yet manage to enter igloo well in time. And when bani was the furthest from d igloo, BB sounded the alarm and she ended up being out of the race. Even when the task started, she was off painting the igloo as dictated in d task. All this need not even be spelt out as it's all self evident, but then everything totally gets overlooked and d chant of bani quits task, does not perform task gets loud.
