this is the biggest problem in india.. make a law in favour of women and there comes some dramebaaz to misuse it and question the credibilty of law.. dowry law , domestic violence act and sexual abuse these are for women safety but there are some who use it as a threat/ revenge / malicious purposes...

I dislike people that do that.

People associate sexual abuse with something physical. Sexual abuse can be verbal as well.

Armaan has abused her badly...She doesnt have a family and he commented on her family status...She filed a complaint as BB failed to take action against armaan...

Housemates don't seem to know the news of arrest.

Arshard Warasi looks like a sorted and genuine guy. Even he thinks that police case against Armaan lacks merit.

Sofia is doing all this for publicity and this gives a bad name to the cause of victims of sexual harassment and abuse.

india is interesting that way.. they made a law a while back where upon a complaint from a woman, they would arrest hubby, in laws etc.. see thing is pendulum always swings to extreme.. in a society like india where women have been opressed they needed more stringent laws and so they went to extreme.. and then moderated that law.. its all a process to get to right place.. and in the end ... once society at large treats them as equals.. law will be moderate automatically..

in sofia's case - she is demanding unqual treatment... she pushed armaan first.. i am sure she wont call that violence,..
