i am not being mean but honest when i say .. this whole case is bakwas..

even after the mop incident happened.. she was smiling and laughing coming out of the CR and then says i have anxiety .. Please i have seen ppl who have anxiety.. sofia displays nooo sign of it .. her illness she fakes and this situation she might have twisted it also ..

and she claimed to have IBS - and then drinks coffee which aggravates it more . idk something seems off about her ..

BUT I am glad armaan is in Jail .. or at least sent there. i just wish a more credible person such as apu or asif ..would have done it ..

yeah sophia has sued him under SECTION 354 : SEXUAL ABUSE together with a couple of other sections like hitting with dangerous weapon , outraging modesty ...

Though he may get Bail but not so easily

I know the way courts and advocates work... have a few nearest family members in this field...

Sophia could land herself in trouble...

the accused can challenge victims sanity and prove the incident as accident.. in that case if arman is found guilty then also being accidental case he will not get tough punishment..

n if anyhow he proves his innocence then they can make huge claims on her on account of DEFAMATION.

I was watching that episode but on LF did not saw that

why it took 2 wks for her to file the case

i know i heard she filed at SC than it came to Lonawala

phir bi she should have done within 1-2 day after her eviction

something is fishy/unclear

A harassed Indian girl on a train gets shunned but a British Asian wannabe actor cum singer's complaint get registered immediately.

bottomline they think this is more publicity stunt then hinsaa per se... i think its a little biased because its happened on a reality show versus real life... also her image of kerosene... her pushing armaan and also using foul language with him negates her strong opinion a little versus genuinely opressed and shunned women..

either way i think most people agree that armaan didnt learn his lesson on anger management and was always fighting... he does need a taste of law to ensure he never even thinks of crossing a line... i keep thinking of how he pushed tanisha's stool in kitchen.. he definitely has a strong anger/violence tendency...and as salmaan said.. his image wont leave him

think of apurva.. no one will call him anything but a gentleman and by his own admission he is v short tempered and his goal on show was to master anger management and kudos.. he showed it...

Cops themselves told that he was bought for questioning and after bail he will be sent back to BB..

yes,it was due to Armaan the fight started...but Gau n Ajaz didn't quit the task bcoz of this incident...they were all seating inside the car during n even after the incident...then Armaan's n Kushal's kaaliya-budhha thingy started again...Gau was trying to control n stop kushy ...but the kaaliya-buddha talks😉 were still on...to apne babu ko jhagde se bachane ke liye Gau car se niche aayi n not becoz of Sofia...I was watching LF that time...n the ones who were watching LF must have noticed this...
