watching aaj tak -- no one - police nor colors nor bb issuing statements..

only thing police has confirmed (per aaj tak) is that he has been taken in custody and after medical exam (standard procedure) - he will be produced in front of courts. they also mentioned that this action was taken by police after reviewing all the videos.

looks like sufficient evidence. very serious allegations in front of armaan per some indian law sections.. dont know those section numbers... and sophia went to lonavala police and kept pressurizing police to take immediate action...

Armaan Kohli trying to get in touch with his lawyers so he can get bail..

they are saying 3 years of jail or fine or both on one charge.. additional 1 yr plus 1 yr for other 2 charges.. so could be upto 5 yrs in jail and/or fines.. wow..
