I read the thread but I still do not get why Tani said I spoke out of turn. Like when did she speak out of turn? Was this in some episode.

so as per dictionary this is the meaning. So now I see why she said sorry because she told Armaan he hit Sofia and she feels she should not have said it but had to tell him he was wrong.
