Does paticipating/winning in Bigg Boss help improve careers?

Hi all... a serious question for you ppl. BB had been going on for seven years now and has probably has over a hundred contestants by now. Undoubtedly, most of them are here to improve their careers. However, I don't really recall that many of them had any career improvement after BB.

As for the winners, I don't know all but I know Vindu, Juhi and Shweta, Urvashi. Other than Shweta, who did a serial after winning, I don't think any of them really had a career boost.

What do you ppl think? Do you think participating in/winning BB helps the contestant in their careers? Do you know any contestants who have gone on to do really well after BB?
