It's simple yaar.
She doesn't want to share her lip balm with Ajaz as it's expensive and he's been irritating her. I think she mainly doesn't want him to feel encouraged. We see her asking and pleading with him to stay friends and not cross the limits but he keeps trying to. This is harassment. I feel bad for her.
I don't give a crap if she led him on before (although I don't believe that). When a girl tells you she's not interested, you back off. You don't keep going after her.
