Sangram's attitude towards women

Some might say the "tyaag" he did yesterday was a selfless deed coz he has a soft-corner for ellie and doesn't wanna make her lose but in reality it's his male chauvinism that was out on play.

Right from the first episode he has this attitude that girls are weaker than boys and he is doing a Mahaan karya for them. Ok I agree physical strength wise guys are much stronger than girls but Sangram's attitude is pathetic. Often he has said "ladki hone ke bawajood aapne itna Kia", "in bechario ko toh kuch bhi nahi pata" etc etc
Also in the task when gauhar got to meet her mum, Sangram and she were the top two contenders but he as usual being a mahatma said "aap ladki ho us hisab se aapne kaafi acha Kia isliye aap best performer ho"
I really feel like punching him whenever he acts like a mahatma and withdraws just is a girl is in front if him like he is doing a favour to the womankind but withdrawing and bringing them to the forefront.

Morover if he was genuinely concerned for Ellie then he shouldn't have said that I can do this task for 2.5 hours and give that condescending smile. It showed he did a favour to Ellie.

P.S: this post is not abt girls vs guys so plz don't make it another war zone

You answered most of your questions. Sangram did what he did for Elli was because he has a soft corner for her and he already said that he will lose the task because he thinks he can win any physical task easily compared to girls. Which you agree to.

So when he said I cld have done that task for 2.5 hrs, he is just saying it as a matter of fact cause its true but people like you and gauhar seem to be making too much of it.

And what he said to Gauhar was also after a physical task which you yourself agree can be better done by guys. So where is the point of Sangram's attitude towards women. This is yours attitude towards them too.

Sangram's attitude was really demeaning towards women in general...To imply/assume that he would beat Ellie just because she is a woman...is simply disgusting...he didn't even know what the task was...what if it was a mind game...what if it was a singing task...or another task other than physical strength...Ellie would have totally whipped his ass...Sangram's attitude today was totally of an MCP...men who think that the women need their support and help all the time and cannot do anything on ur own...I totally felt like kicking his behind today
