I was confused by this captaincy so I found my answer on forum, since I do not know BB rules nor do I have a previous experience in watching BB. So here is a thing with being captain/nominated:

No..if she is safe this week then she will safe from nominations next week..but this week she has equal chance of eviction!!

Just for Info being captain is not a guarantee of staying. In case of eviction either the second nominee i.e. Andy becomes the captain, again nominations or no captain for next week.
