Today's episode:
1. These sachai ke moorats start by stealing the other team's bands.
2. When Sofiya, in her mild mannered way, accuses Ajaz of stealing the band, which in fact he had stolen, he threatens he's going to say all kinds of rubbish about her on national tv. Armaan goes to her defence and Ajaz takes the opportunity to try and start a fight with him, Armaan actually came out looking like a decent person today. But never mind, this is Ajaz, you cannot expect better.
3. In Gauhar's speech, she makes the far fetched claim that they have gotten additional votes by stealing the opposing team's bands. Tanisha points out that those aren't votes and immediately Gauhar piles on her for 'interrupting'.
4. Come Andy's turn to speak and the losers team starts interrupting every two minutes.
5. When Elli says she's just the face of the party, Kamya (or was it Gauhar) comments that that is all she is. Gauhar and Kamya, the two women who have in the past created massive scenes when anyone said the slightest thing to them, are the ones making the nastiest and most personal comments.
Armaan's words are actually not offensive in comparison. His gaalis are the same meaningless, recycled 'Hawa aaney de', 'Teri avkaat' and maa-behan types that just fall into the 'generic gaalis' category. The one time he said divorcee (which isn't much compared to the very cutting barbs that the evil triad uses) he touched Kamya's feet for forgiveness. Armaan's attacks do not have anywhere near the malice that the evil group's attacks have.
So... I am curious, did anyone else make the same as I did from watching today's episode? Do you still like Gauhar and/or Kamya? If so, why? Is it because these two are strong headed and aggressive and is that enough to compensate for the negativity they show to others?
