why salaman did not say anything WRT Arman?

Salman has not said anything about Tanisha & Arman hugging in smaoking place when only one person is allowed inside and Tanisha pulling down the curtain and hugging Arman. Another occasion when Arman pushed Apoorva when doing boxes task and Apoorva was captain. Now where are the rules with respect to these failed actors and who had come to clear their image and get work in bollywood or maybe in TV industry. Best of luck to both these failed actors.
