A superstar does not your popular at one moment in time. You have to be around for a while. Have a body of work. Which Kushal currently does not have. He maybe a tv star. He's an actor who has appeared on tv and has a following. But he's not wildly known.

For me personally, I have my all time favs of course and many may not know who they are but a superstar is known by the masses, even if they don't enjoy the genre. Ie for telly, Ram kapoor, Ronit Roy, Sakshi Tanwar, amar Verma, the list goes on.
