talked about nominations-not noticed by bb!!!

In the beginning of the week on monday episode, they showed everyone talking about nominations. Isn't it against the rule to speak about nominations? Why did BB not take any action? Or is he waiting for the moment when according to the script, that particular one person whom he wants to evict that week can be done in!!! 😕
