If the situation was reversed would the same decision have taken place

Right, so Kushal behaved like a complete and utter ass yesterday. The name-calling, constantly targeting Tanisha's box for obvious personal reasons was despicable. I hope he does get nominated and evicted next week for his deplorable behaviour.

Tanisha, unfortunately 'blinded' by Armaan's love (which in my opinion is completely one-sided since Armaan didn't raise a finger over the tamasha that took place yesterday), too has made grave errors by being arrogant, etc in the last 2-3 weeks. However this is a show where such squaffles are bound to take place - it's meant to test the contestants' tolerance to personal assaults. In any normal situation, Tanisha should have punched Kushal for spewing the bullshit that he did. But, in the show, it's against the rules and she should be immediately disqualified. I haven't seen the previous seasons but apparently, other players have been removed from the premises for much less physical altercations.

I wonder...if Kushal had displayed any violent action, (first of all this forum, the 'feminist' groups in India and Bollywood would have gone ballistic) he would have been kicked out pretty much in an hour or so. Tanisha got off with a slap on her wrist. Is this fair?

Keep in mind, in no way am I trivialising what Kushal did - but he didn't raise a hand at her, she obvious was instigated and pushed him thrice. But if the situation was reversed, the outcome would have been waaay different IMO.
