In other Big Brother series, the producers act quickly whenever there is a physical altercation. They immediately call the people into the confession room to calm the people and talk things out.

Kushal waited all day and night for Bigg Boss to call him and they didn't. This is very bad production values. Though he is being immature by escaping, it is the producers fault for not handling this immediately.

BB probably has other things to do. I doubt BB is there 24 hrs awake sitting on chair and watching. He sleeps, eats, goes out, all tht stuff lol

Actually they do. Bigg Boss is not a real person. It is the production team. They take shifts filming the houseguests and talking to them. It is THEIR responsibility to make sure the house is safe 24/7.
