There is a lot of bullying that goes on inside the house. Most of the time the TV and Film personalities are well connected and are able to form a group inside the house. Hence, they look as strong contestants. Once they form a group they hunt down the weak and not so well-connected. They bully them. These weak contestants are weak because of language barrier or they may not be well-connected in the industry. These weak contestants have to latch on to some strong players for their survival inside the house. This is what people like Elli, Asif and Vivek are expected to do. They cannot have a say inside the house on any topic. I have seen Gauhar snubbing Ellie, Andy snubbing Asif ... and so on. This is what Shilpa mentioned, i.e. not to bully Asif. Today it has happened to Vivek.
