Kamya is deliberately doing mischief so that matters come to a head and she revolts.

Elli has correctly identified it and just told Gauhar, its Kamya who is doing all this.

On her part, Kamya declares to Armaan, "Main aapse akele mein baat karungi..." (implying its over as far as this group is concerned)!
