Wait till Salman clarifies if Gauhar was right or wrong tomorrow

Numerous threads popping up on Gauhar being selfish or not...wait till tomorrow when Salman clears the confusion. Food for thought till then:
1) Unlike last time why BB himself didn't called each team members and asked himself of their opinions.
2) Why didn't BB intervene when Gauhar asked BB to re-evaluate names if she executed the process wrongly.
3) Why did BB offered switching of two members instead one like last time.
