It is a VPN software security connectivity utility. You have to download and install it. It connects you to server of a different location. Here I chose UK. You have a on off switch. Once you put on the switch it connects you to a server in UK so you can watch live feed etc. Some portions are paid I guess USD 4.99 per month that is I guess if you are using multiple devices.
