If you have Windows Movie Maker, its even more easy. Open your video in Movie Maker . Edit the scene that you specifically want , save it.

Then, upload that scene to this site...

You have many options there to play around with like sizes, gif effects and all that.

It's just a pain getting the laptop out lol
But I will give it go when I have free time.

I think you can use IPAD (or any other tablet) for this Amina.
