It's more than obvious that she hid the stole to annoy Priya - the latter has been attacking Mandy continuously, and this is clearly Mandy's stupid and childish way of getting back at her. One can argue to no end that this is wrong, but why twist this and bash her for stealing, which is clearly not what she's done? In my opinion, Mandy is being silly - Priya understands that Mandy is an easy target and her footage bank, and Mandy needs to not give her the time of the day.
