I don't think she deserve to be in finale, at least not by this lazy attitude of her. If she becomes active, then definitely she deserve to win! But only and only if she get active.

Yes we know she wants to get nominated, that's Y she didn't speak badly abt Mandy, but after her return too she refused to continue with the charade and fool Mandy. She knew that Mandy has been taken for a ride and BB had pitted the housemates against Mandy. Even when Mandy nominated and BB announced the nomination result and Mandy looked confused, Rimi went and kissed her saying a thank you for getting her nominated. IMO she just went to make Mandy feel better.

Also she never passes judgement on housemates, especially in the things they do in task and tries to show herself as the better person, but just silently watches all.
