Rishab is nice but 'thali ka baingan'

Overall he is ok but no leadership qualities nor great captaincy.
He is just sometimes thali ka baingan kabhi idhar to kabhi udhar.

He keeps saying I'm playing individual but he is not. He keeps changing his groupies based on what? Not sure 😕
