whether they had paid penalty amount?
whether the rule was included only later??

Don't know about Shamita but sidhu's leaving the show was planned he must have had different contract he had limited dates he was only on the show to polish his image(some political reason). I remember only Karishma Kotak got to leave the show after her father died she was asking to go before than because her dad was sick and she was getting very bad feelings for him but the bb team did not let her go they only did when her dad actually died and that too she had to come back few days later. So no hope for Rimi just don't vote for her
