The episode begins with the housemates waking up to Sailaru Sailare' from the movie Josh which featured new entrant Puneet Vashisht. Remembering the bygone times, Puneet opens up about his experience on shooting for Josh with his new housemates. Later, a cranky Rochelle confronts Puneet about speaking to the camera in the wee hours and requests him to not disturb anyone when the lights are out and they are asleep. Puneet, surprisingly does not mind Rochelle's rudeness. However, Kishwer and Yuvika, who witness the scene, bring it to Rochelle's notice that she wad rather too loud with Puneet.
In the course of the day, the housemates are seen discussing Yuvika's love preferences when she reveals that she would have hooked with Keith had Rochelle been not his girlfriend. She further says that Rimi and Keith would also make a good pair and goes on to say that since Rochelle and Keith are not married, there is still a possibility of Keith getting into a relationship with Rimi! Rochelle overhears them discussing about Keith and gets visibly sad about the conversation. She shows her possessive side and vents it out to Keith about the unnecessary conversation that was taking place in the bedroom. Rochelle also informs Rishabh about Yuvika's take on Keith but he remains unaffected and supports Yuvika saying that she is finally opening up. Rishabh also makes his side clear by informing Yuvika about his conversation with Rochelle and how she is being successful in irking the housemates. Rishabh misguides Yuvika further by asking her to react more aggressively the next time she finds any such opportunity.
At noon, a bad news pours in for Keith as BB informs him about a personal emergency. Keith learns about his brother's sudden demise and takes leave from BB to attend his personal duties. Rochelle, though heartbroken, supports Keith and helps him pack his stuff. Later in the evening, when house captain Rishabh asks Mandana to clean the carpet, she refuses point blank saying the carpet need not be cleaned every day. Taking advantage of this situation, Kishwer jumps into the conversation and blames Mandana for not doing any household chores off late. This triggers into an argument and at last Mandana asks Rishabh to take his own decisions and keep Kishwer away from her matters. However, against her wish, Mandana ends up cleaning the place.
The day further turns out to be a bad one for Mandana when she gets into a fight with Yuvika. It so happens that when Yuvika is cleaning the bed, she shifts couple of items from Keith's bed to Mandana's which she does not appreciate. She asks Yuvika to keep Keith's stuff back when Yuvika gets extremely upset and lashes out at Mandana. Heartbroken to receive the ire of the housemates, Mandana sobs bucketful of tears in front of Puneet and expresses her wish to go back home. Puneet offers her emotional support and asks her to brave the situation. Minutes later, Mandana seeks help from Aman to make her apologise to the audience on camera for using abusive language while arguing with other housemates.
On the other hand, Kishwer, Rimi, Digangana and Yuvika are seen discussing about Mandana's diabolic attitude in the living area. Rimi recalls overhearing Mandana tell someone the other day that she enjoyed making Kishwer and Suyyash as dogs during the hotel task. They also point out how Mandana is smart enough to seek apology from the audience by speaking on camera to win their sympathy.
In the evening, Bigg Boss summons the housemates in the living area and asks them to give names of three worst performers during the hotel task. Mandana and Rishabh, who were elated to win the task, get shocked when their name is nominated by majority because their performance was not satisfactory. Apart from them, Rimi also gets nominated as the worst performer. The trio is then called into the Double Trouble room and is given four different options. All three of them press the buzzer and as a result, all the housemates are ordered to sleep without the mattress except Rimi, Mandana and Rishabh. Mandana questions Rimi why she pressed the buzzer when she told her she won't during their quick chat before entering the double trouble room. This makes Rimi feel sorry for her decision.
Late at night, in a private conversation, Puneet and Rochelle ask Digangana why she is being so friendly with Rishabh when she knows what all occurred between them in the past (referring to how Digangana had to quit Qubool Hai' due to co-star Rishabh's annoying and unprofessional behaviour during her exam time). While Rochelle leaves the conversation midway, Puneet surprises Diggy by telling her about her grandmother and mother being worried about her rapport with Rishabh inside the house.
