While the rest of them are extremely predictable in their actions, reactions and game plans, Gautam is completely unpredictable.

The reason is that he is playing spontaneously. Without a set plan in mind. Right wrong whatever.

He is NOT diplomatic and a people pleaser.

And that's what drives the rest of them crazy. Their failure to figure out how he'll react to a situation.
