Its not guilty by association in the legal terms its called "Privy to the Party". Now coming back to Gautam Gulati. Yesterday Gautam and Dimpy had a huge fight however when Ali said "yeh ladki ki haisiyat nahi" Gautam immediately corrected him there and then and warned him not to use such words. Karishma Tanna directly placed herself in the situation with her affirmation. That makes her as much as guilty as Sushaant for threatening those irresponsible statements.
