I have seen that Ali and Karishma have done shows in the past together.
From that i can guess that they are friends
I felt that towards the end of the show today while everyone was on stage. Ali and Karishma were seen talking.
And after that Karishma seemed a lil zoned out, till the end.
I think he either warned her for something (I dont know) or else told her about her bad image outside
